Toyota’s electric SUV bZ4X now hides behind the name bZ, and with the redesigned edition it got more power and new batteries with which it has a significantly longer range.
Behind the somewhat awkward combination of three letters and one number, Toyota offered customers its first mid-size SUV powered solely by electricity three years ago, but the bZ4X cannot boast particularly good sales results, primarily due to the insufficient range provided by the batteries.
The Japanese car giant didn’t waste time, nor did they give up on the electric story, so after only three years they presented a redesigned edition that is now hidden behind the bZ label and brings with it, in addition to decent changes to the body and the cabin, new batteries with which the SUV will cover more kilometers between charges.
Preporučujemo:

The basic version with drive only via the front axle and batteries with a capacity of 57.7 kWh is powered by one electric motor (170 HP), and the aforementioned battery capacity is sufficient for traveling up to 380 kilometers. The more powerful version (224 hp) with front-wheel drive comes with batteries with a capacity of 74.7 kWh, which is enough to travel up to 505 kilometers.
An option for the bZ is a significantly more powerful version with two electric motors (342 HP) and drive on both axles (AWD). The battery capacity (74.7 kWh) in this case is enough to travel up to 463 kilometers, and the most powerful bZ, which is even 50 percent more powerful than the previous most powerful bZ4X, reaches 0 to 100 km/h in less than five seconds.
The basic version of the bZ is mounted on 18-inch wheels, and the best equipment package (Limited) comes with 20-inch wheels under the recognizable shape of the fenders, which can now be in one of the eight offered body colors on which the housings of the front/rear LED lights have also been redesigned.
Behind the large doors hides a redesigned central console above which is a 14-inch display of the multimedia system, and the instrument panel display behind the leather-covered multifunction steering wheel has also been redesigned. On the list of optional equipment is a JBL audio system with nine speakers, and customers who opt for the Limited package will be able to count on leather-covered seats in gray or black.
